Mr Samuel Latter reputed to be Scotlands oldest man is 106 today (4-1-2010).
That is not his only claim to fame...he also played for the mighty Hi Hi in season 1929/1930 which of course makes him the oldest living ex professional Scottish footballer smile

There was a mention of it in Reporting Scotland tonight as well as an article in today's Herald
