The next home game for the new team will be at Cathkin Park on 30/04/2005.
They are currently sitting third in the amateur league, 3 points behind the league leaders. But the HiHi has 4 games in hand, so if they win those they sould go to the top
I must get along to watch the old Hi Hi some time unfortunately i won't make it to this match so if possible post the result if you can.
I don't think i should wish the Jags 'good luck' for today's game as i'm afraid it didn't do much good for last weeks effort. I see they've also dropped their Youth teams for next season in anticipation of relegation.
No joy being a Harry Wragg these days...a good clear out and start again with some new blood is required (so why get rid of the youths!!)...it's amazing what a couple of victories can do.
Theres usually a review of the HiHi games on the new teams website. It was good to see a couple of the Older HiHi supporters at the game on saturday, they were sitting at Cathkin in their deckchairs, beside where I think used to be one of the old stands. Had the great fortune to speak to one of them called John Reid, who was a ballboy at one point and always great to hear the great stories of the Thirds
