You will all have seen the Press & TV coverage about the possibility of a Thirds revival. It would be great if you would all give me your own thoughts & comments on this. For example where would the Club re start its life etc.
If I get your suggestions I will send our thoughts to the TV & Press people.
Could Thirds re start as a feeder club for Celtic ? Would this be allowed by the SFL etc.
Hi Bert, I would love it if Thirds were to be resurrected. I would hope they would continue to play at Cathkin Park and believe with a little money and support from the council that Cathkin Park could be upgraded to reflect this.
Personally if there was a choice I would rather not see them as a feeder team for either of the Old Firm but rather as they previously were a well known Glasgow team in their own right in the same way as Queens Park, Partick Thistle or Clyde are.
Have to say i'm gonna be Mr Negative here and say i don't hold out much hope as i feel the 2Cs were allowing their hearts to rule their head without giving too much thought as to the complexities of such a venture and not just in throwing £Ms on it but convincing the member clubs to allow an 'outsider' into their hallowed institution.
As i say great thought i'm sure we've all reminisced doing something similar after the 4th pint when our Euro lottery ticket comes up

We should see this as a positve sign.Remember Gretna were unheard of a few years ago! Now they are in the UEFA !
I think C & C would love to have the publicity of owning a football team-same as Elton John a few years ago.Also they have bags of money. Dont particularly want to be a feeder team especially for a team which puts testimonials before playing for our country!
