Couple of wee teasers....maybe


1) Name any ex Thirds players who have played  in the European Cup Final


2) Name any  ex Thirds players capped for Scotland after the demise of the club


Prize...a guided tour round Cathkin conducted by PTL

At a complete guess


1) Might be the late great Ronnie Simpson.  Though I might be wrong.


I could guess for 2 but I wont as theres not much point in me winning part of the prize is yours truly giving a tour

Question 1 : If European Cup Final then Ronnie Simpson in 1967 and Evan Williams in 1970 : both for Celtic FC. If a European Final in general.......would Harry Davis qualify as being part of Rangers squad for the 2 legged European Cup Winners Cup final v. Fiorentina in 1960 ??


Question 2 : Completely stumped here............capped and scored for Scotland after 1967 ? Best guess ???.......................John O'Hare.......Glasgow boy.......possible youth signing.

Hugh Curran, who scored at Wembley in a 3-1 defeat in 1971. Played for several English clubs and won five Scotland caps while with Wolves.
